1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of campervan furniture (“Products”) by Camper Conversion Units, registered at Unit 33, Colville Road works, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR33 9QS to you (“Customer”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders

• All orders must be placed via our website, or in person. 

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 

• Furniture is non-refundable once the build process has started. 

• Please check your order before payment as any alterations will incur extra costs and delivery delays. 

• It is the responsibility of the buyer to request samples if you are unsure about colour choice. 

• 3d images on our website are a guide only. 

3. Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern your purchase of products and services from www.camperconversionsunits.co.uk 

3.1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment: 

• Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) 

All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. 

3.2. Pricing

All prices are listed in sterling and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout. 

3.3. Payment Processing

Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and shipped. If your payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed.  

3.4. Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing or an unauthorized transaction, please contact us immediately at camperconversionunits@gmail.com 

3.5. Changes to Payment Terms

We reserve the right to update these Payment Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. 

4. Lead Times and Delivery

• Standard lead times will be confirmed on our website. 

• Delivery is available across UK mainland only and is charged separately unless otherwise stated. 

• We are not responsible for delivery delays or damage outside our control (e.g., courier delays, supply chain issues). 

5. Collection

• Orders can be collected by appointment only from Unit 33, Colville Road works, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR33 9QS 

• Customers must inspect products upon collection. 

6. Returns and Refunds

• We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving you item to request a return. 

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and in its original packaging. 

• If your return is accepted the returns cost will be at the buyer’s expense unless the goods are faulty. 

• Custom-built items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. 

• You must contact us at camperconversionunits@gmail.com 

• We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method or bank transfer within 10 working days. 

• Due to the nature of this product will not accept returns if you order the colour or kit. 

7. Damages and Defects

• Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. 

• If an item is damaged in transit or faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. 

• Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required. 

8. Product Information and Use

• Be prepared to make slight alterations or modifications to the furniture if required. This may be required if the floor is more than 15mm.  

• Our products are designed for use in campervans and must be installed properly. 

• We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation or modification of our furniture. 

• Any alterations to the product void the warranty. 

• Lightweight plywood can soak up water on the bare edges and bubble. All exposed edges that touch the floor should be sealed with PVA glue.   

9. Warranty

• Our furniture is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. 

• The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage due to improper installation. 

10. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. 

• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed. 

11. Ownership and Risk

• Ownership passes to the customer upon full payment. 

• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
