The VW T5 T6 T6.1 LWB U-shape bed system includes a pod with ample storage space. The pod can accommodate a CRX50 fridge or similar, while the worktop can be customized to fit a Smev 9722 hob and sink. Constructed from lightweight ply, it features push-button latches and durable knock-on edge trim.

1. Fit and Precision:
   • Our kits are designed to fit the inside of your van as precisely as possible.
2. Floor Height:
   • The standard scribing for our kits was created based on vans with a floor setup that includes:
     • 12mm plywood flooring
     • 3mm Altro flooring
   • This results in a total floor height of 15mm.
3. Side Panel Shaping:
   • The side panels of our kits are shaped according to the factory panels/metal that have been carpet lined.
   • If your van has a one-piece ply panel from floor to ceiling, please note: The one-piece panel removes all grooves and crevices, which may affect the fit of our standard kit.

By keeping these details in mind, you can ensure a smoother installation process and a better fit for your van’s interior kit.
