1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to UK mainland. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the item and your location:

• In-stock items: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Made-to-order/custom furniture: Production time is typically [4–6 weeks] before dispatch. Estimated delivery time will be confirmed upon order.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and charged unless stated otherwise. Bulky or oversized items (such as bed platforms, kitchen pods, or cabinetry) may incur additional charges.

4. Delivery Method

We use trusted third-party couriers for all deliveries. Large or palletized items may be shipped via freight services, requiring curb side or kerbside delivery (i.e., delivery to the nearest accessible point outside your property).

5. Receiving Your Delivery

You (or an authorized person) must be present to inspect and sign for the goods upon delivery. Please check all items carefully before accepting. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or product, note this on the delivery slip and contact us within 48 hours.

6. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a card for rearrangement. Additional charges may apply for redelivery or storage.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

In the unlikely event of damage or missing parts:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the packaging and damaged item(s).
• We will assess and arrange a suitable resolution (replacement, repair, or refund).

8. Access Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure adequate access for delivery. Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (e.g., narrow roads, stairs, etc.) in advance.

9. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or supply chain disruptions. We will communicate any known delays as soon as possible.

10. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment is received in full. Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery.
