Our assembly instructions guide you through each step of the build and installation process, helping you achieve a high-quality finish with the satisfaction of doing it yourself.

However, it is important that you are aware of a few details before beginning the installation:

1. Fit and Precision:
   
   • Our kits are designed to fit the inside of your van as precisely as possible.
2. Floor Height:
   
   • The standard scribing for our kits was created based on vans with a floor setup that includes:
     
     • 12mm plywood flooring
     • 3mm Altro flooring
   • This results in a total floor height of 15mm.
3. Side Panel Shaping:
   
   • The side panels of our kits are shaped according to the factory panels/metal that have been carpet lined.
   • If your van has a one-piece ply panel from floor to ceiling, please note: The one-piece panel removes all grooves and crevices, which may affect the fit of our standard kit.
4. Use the Correct Tools:
   
   • Before starting, make sure you have the correct tools as highlighted at the beginning of the assembly instructions.
